Who can use MyRateb?
Kuwait citizens and residents who hold a valid Civil-ID.
What is the processing fee?
● We charge 0.500 KD for the first domestic helper and 0.250 KD for each additional domestic helper per transaction. ● We also, charge 0.05 KD for Rateb wallet transfers (closed loop payment).
What is meant by max amount?
This amount represents the maximum amount you can pay each domestic helper per month in total. This includes the salary as well as other benefits or loans you wish to pay. Currently the max amount of a rateb’ wallet is KD 1500.
