How does it work?

  • Download our app and register your account.
  • Add your domestic profiles using their Civil ID number.
  • Make sure your helpers are registered on MyRateb.
  • Pay salaries, bonuses, loans or vacations to your domestic helper securely through K-NET.
  • Domestic helpers will receive their payments and get a phone notification.
  • Domestic helpers can:
    • Transfer or Request money through the app to their peers.
    • Transfer money to their relatives or beneficiaries through our app or by visiting one of our money exchange partners’ branches.
    • Withdraw money from our supported ATM machines. Also they can go to one of our partner exchange companies to transfer money.
